The spaces
The Villa di Passignano is spread over two floors and boasts a splendid spiral staircase in white Carrara marble, a piece almost impossible to find in its kind. The structure has several rooms of various sizes and locations, making the villa easily customizable according to your needs.
The main hall on the ground floor can accommodate up to 130/140 guests, comfortably seated in an elegant and welcoming environment.
Going up to the second hall, you have the possibility of welcoming from 70 to 150 guests, also taking advantage of the space of the wonderful panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno.
A spacious pagoda-shaped tensile structure is available to our customers, saving them from annoying additional costs in case of bad weather during the event. It is a fantastic multifaceted environment, with draped ceilings adorned with glass chandeliers. This environment is also perfect for large groups, being able to accommodate up to 250 people. The walls, partly glass with a view of the garden and partly roller shutters, make this space versatile and pleasant in different situations.
The spaces reserved for catering are large and well equipped. For catering companies that deal with the set-up and preparation of events, a professional kitchen of about 60 square meters is available, complete with large cold rooms.
The bar areas, professional with a structure entirely in steel, are equipped with soft lighting and a perfect layout for the preparation of cocktails and drinks. These spaces offer a welcoming and refined atmosphere, perfect for welcoming guests and ensuring impeccable service

THE ACCOMMODATIONS
The villa offers its guests a double bedroom with private bathroom, ideal for the newlyweds to sleep in or to allow them to change or freshen up during the event.
It is possible to accommodate the rest of the guests in two structures a few hundred meters away, making the event a comfortable and pleasant experience for everyone.
THE CEREMONY
If you want to celebrate a symbolic ceremony, La Villa di Passignano has multiple areas ideal for setting up the area reserved for the ceremony.
If you want to have a civil ceremony, we suggest La Rocca di Passignano as a location, a terrace with a breathtaking view just a few minutes away.
For religious ceremonies there are certainly multiple solutions to evaluate thanks to the large number of historic churches and chapels scattered throughout our territory.
